Aurobindo Pharma receives US FTC approval for acquisition of Lannett business As on : 19-Jun-26 09:20
Aurobindo Pharma announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc. has received the approval from US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for the acquisition of 100% of membership interest in Lannett Company LLC from LANNETT SELLER HOLDCO, INC.
